Willem is an evangelist with a ministry in the marketplace to help and equip business and professional people to live out their faith in the market place. 

He also meets with men 'Man to Man' to help and coach them with relationship challenges. He is a relationship coach. Think of Tiger Woods. He is one of the world’s best golfers but even he has a golf coach. The coach is not a better player than Woods but because he understands the technique and principles of how best to play golf, he can see the mistakes Woods makes and give him advice on how to improve his game. 

So it is with Willem. Being married for 28 years, having gone through challenges, having made mistakes and having studied many books and other materials on relationships, he can share this insight with others. Willem is a personal relationship coach to the men he meets with in this regard. He listens to them, he hears where biblical principles are violated, and he discuss and discover with them how to best apply these principals.
